Planning Through a Pandemic: A Note Regarding COVID-19IPEC will require all in-person conference participants to be vaccinated in order to attend IPEC events. Please review the Event Policies page for more details. At this time, the September 2022 IPEC Institute is planning to be an in-person event. We want you to know that your safety, and the safety of all attendees, remains our top priority. While the September 2022 IPEC Institute will not be canceled, it may become necessary at some point for the format to change (online/virtual) dependent on the guidance in the District of Columbia, local health departments, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Please note that safety measures, including social distancing, wearing masks, asking participants to provide a copy of their COVID-19 Vaccination Card, or other safety measures (i.e. testing prior to arrival, rapid testing on-site) may be added prior to the event. We appreciate your understanding and willingness to be flexible while we work within the limitations set by our obligations and the current pandemic. Thank you again for your support, and thank you for your patience during this complex process. (Last Updated: 6/8/2022) |
