Event Banner for 2025 IPEC Poster Fair

From Ideas to Impact: Innovation in Interprofessional Education & Practice

The IPEC Poster Fair is a free, online event that highlights interprofessional education for collaborative practice (IPECP).

IPEC invites posters from all health professions and disciplines—at any stage of development or implementation. This is your opportunity to share your team's work exploring, designing, and applying interprofessional strategies in education and practice.

Submission Details

There is a two-step submission process:

Step #1: Submit your abstract

Deadline: Friday, September 12, 2025

Complete the online submission form with the following information (in English):

  • Presenter and co-author(s) details
  • Project/Poster Title (15 words or less)
  • Keywords (up to 5)
  • Information on the applicant (name, institution, email)
  • Abstract sections (each max 500 characters, typically 70-130 words)
    • Project Progress
    • Needs Assessment
    • Project Goals
    • Educational Strategies/Intervention
    • Evaluation
  • IPEC Core Competencies addressed
Step #2: Submit your poster
Deadline: Monday, November 3, 2025 (after acceptance)
Posters must be in English, and include:
  • Title and keywords (up to 5)
  • Presenter(s) and co-author(s) details
  • Description of:
    • Challenge(s) addressed
    • Action(s) taken
    • Results achieved
    • Collaborators involved
  • Consent to share poster on the IPEC website

Suggested Topics

Topics may include, but are not limited to:

  • IPE curriculum design
  • Clinical and simulation-based learning
  • Integrating climate change into IPE
  • IPE for health equity
  • Interprofessional leadership
  • Multi-institutional partnerships
  • Interprofessional research and scholarship
  • Technology-enhanced IPE

IPEC values a culture of learning and open sharing—including the lessons that come from efforts that didn't go as planned. IPEC welcomes submissions that reflect bold attempts at institutional change, even if they met limited success, and invites you to share the insights gained along the way.
