About Register Program Speakers

 

Please note:

  • It is not necessary to apply as a team. Individual registrations will also be accepted for this Institute.

  • Each individual registrant will need a separate IPEC login to register for the Institute.

Team members will have to complete the registration form using their own login.

A designated person with the registrant's login can complete the form on their behalf, but must have the email and password associated with the registrant's account.

Who Can Attend

Participants for this IPEC Institute should be:

  • Interprofessional faculty teams and their collaborative academic and/or practice partners committed to promoting interprofessional education for collaborative practice (IPECP)
  • Leaders, directors, and program coordinators responsible for the development, implementation, and assessment of campus-wide IPE initiatives
Multiple participants from an institution can attend as a team. However, it is NOT necessary. Individual participants will also be accepted into the program.

The Institute is open to IPEC member association schools/programs and non-members.

Am I an IPEC member?

To confirm membership, please refer to the list of 22 IPEC member organizations here: https://www.ipecollaborative.org/membership

You are an IPEC member if your program/ school/ college/ institution is a member of one of the IPEC member organizations and/or if you are an individual member of one the IPEC member organizations.

For example, you are

  • A faculty member at a College of Social Work (CoSW). Your CoSW is a member of the Council on Social Work Education.
  • A member of the American Association of Respiratory Care (AARC).

I am affiliated with an IPEC member organization. Can I join IPEC?

Registration Fees

Conference pricing is assessed according to a tier system. See table below for individual pricing and dates. All fees are quoted in United States dollars ($USD).

There is no additional fee for continuing education credit.

To encourage broad participation, IPEC is offering a tiered fee structure with lower registration fees for participants from upper-middle-income countries, lower-middle-income countries and low-income countries.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. A $25 cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations received before February 14, 2025. No refunds will be issued after February 14, 2025. A substitute attendee will be permitted.
