Poster Abstract Submission Site

IPEC invites submissions for abstracts to be presented at 2023 Virtual Poster Fair, which will be held November 29, 2023.
  • Submission begins on Friday, September 8, 2023.
  • Submission ends on Monday, October 16, 2023 at 11:59 P.M. ET.
Please complete this form to submit your poster abstract.
  
Unless otherwise noted, all 2023 IPEC Poster Fair posters will be available to view on the main IPEC website following the event.

Poster Submission Deadline:
Submissions must be submitted via this online form by 11:59 P.M. ET on Monday, October 16, 2023.
 
Poster Submission Guidelines:
- The presenting author will receive all future correspondence from IPEC regarding the poster.  
- Poster titles are limited to 15 words.
- There is not an option to attach a word document, so it is recommended that you type up the needs assessment, goals, educational strategies/intervention, and evaluation in a word document and then copy and paste into the form below when you are ready to submit.
- Notifications will be sent by November 3.

Poster Fair Guidelines: 
- Final submission can be via one-page PDF of your data. (PDF specs available here.)
- QR codes may be included as part of your poster to direct viewers to a download of your poster. 
- After abstract acceptance (notifications by November 3), participants must submit their poster, and to give their consent to making the poster available on the conference website by November 14.

Poster Fair Presentation:
- The Poster Fair is scheduled for 4:00-5:00 P.M. ET on Wednesday, November 29, 2023.
- Presenters must be logged online no later than 3:40 P.M. ET.
